If your equipment or peripheral system has recidivism in the problem for which it was subject to technical service in hardware (physical), the customer has a period of 30 days from the actual delivery date expressed in the service note. This repair will be done at no cost to the customer.

In the information retrieval service there is no guarantee of 100% success.

In the virus removal service, it is guaranteed that the computer will leave without viruses, but its recidivism is not guaranteed, since we have no control of the Internet sites to which the client enters, or the disks, usb’s, DVD’s or any means that you can use to get external information into the team.

In order to make the guarantee valid it is necessary to present this service sheet and its corresponding note (or invoice).

This warranty is not valid when the customer keeps his equipment running in inappropriate conditions. It must be connected to a fuse regulator and of sufficient capacity for the devices and / or equipment that connects to it. In addition, the power outlet of this regulator must be grounded (do not remove the ground leg of the eliminator or the equipment).

When formatting or taking any equipment that is causing problems, Rubarb Solutions is not responsible for loss of information and it is the responsibility of the team owner to endorse the information, Rubarb Solutions disclaims any problem arising from the agreed service.

  1. The guarantees in equipment and spare parts are made directly with us and obey the following periods of time:

6 months

Monitors, Hard Drives, Processors, Mother Boards, PCI and AGP Cards, Mice, Monitors, Cabinets, Memories.

30 days

Spare parts and any other part / peripheral not described.

  1. If your equipment has a larger warranty period, it will be validated with the manufacturer, after the end of the period established in the previous table.
  2. The customer must present the equipment and / or accessories in the original packaging and with all the accessories and discs with which they were delivered.
  3. To make the guarantee valid, it is necessary to present the service sheet and its corresponding note (or invoice).
  4. This warranty is not valid if improper use / installation was given to the equipment / peripheral. Its correct use / installation is indicated in its manuals.
  5. This warranty is not valid when the customer keeps his equipment running in inappropriate conditions. It must be connected to a fuse regulator and of sufficient capacity for the devices and / or equipment that connects to it. In addition, the power outlet of this regulator must be grounded (do not remove the ground leg of the eliminator or the equipment).
  6. If the equipment sent under warranty does not present any failure, a charge of $ 200.00 pesos M.N. for revision concept.
  7. Rubarb Solutions is not responsible for forfeiture, theft or loss that causes the loss of your equipment.

Observations:

  1. Office hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 11 to 14 hrs. Saturdays.
  2. Our staff is obliged to explain what your problem was and how it was solved, unless you indicate otherwise.
  3. Parts that were replaced will be returned, unless you indicate otherwise.

 

  1. Any diagnosis or review causes fees.
  2. In case of repair and / or service to computer equipment, AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIVED THE EQUIPMENT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESULT OF THE SAME. – Equipment recycling is carried out every month – Therefore Rubarb Solutions disclaims any liability.
